We’re Josh and Caleb Pistone, proud brothers, and lifelong residents of Bandera. Our hometown is more than just a place to live; it’s the heart of who we are. Growing up here shaped our values and work ethic, and it’s where we decided to start our journey as entrepreneurs.
In May 2018, we launched Reddy Pros with little more than a few tools and a strong commitment to our customers. Our philosophy was simpled: treat people with respect, keep our promises, and always stand by our work. This approach resonated with our clients and has allowed us to grow significantly.
Today, we are proud to employ over 20 skilled local craftsmen and office staff. We’ve built an exceptional team and feel fortunate to work in such an incredible community. Our success is a reflection of the trust and support we’ve received from the people of Bandera and surrounding towns.
