How We Revamped an Outdated Bathroom Into a Personal Escape

Reddy Pros recently finished a bathroom remodel, transforming the space into a modern and functional oasis. The project involved several key elements and upgrades to achieve the desired result. Here’s how we did it:

• The first phase of the remodel was the demo, where the existing vanity, tub/shower, and floors were removed, laying the groundwork for the transformation.

• The tile for the shower was installed up to the ceiling, creating a visually appealing and functional space. Additionally, a niche for storage, a new drain, shower fixtures, and a grab bar were added to enhance convenience and safety.

• To complement the overall aesthetic, Reddy Pros installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the bathroom. The team handled the installation, including trimming, to ensure a seamless and durable finish.

• A shower seat was thoughtfully integrated into the design, providing comfort and support for those using the shower.

• Adding a touch of elegance, a semi-frameless glass shower door was chosen and installed.

• The bathroom’s functionality was further improved with the installation of a new toilet.

• The vanity area received a makeover as well, with a new vanity, sink, and faucet.

• For better lighting and aesthetics, a new light was centered above the vanity.

• To maximize space and privacy, a 24″ pocket door was installed to close off the vanity portion of the bathroom. This included framing, drywall installation, taping, floating, and texturing to match the surrounding walls.

• Reddy Pros also widened the opening between the bathroom sections, finishing it with rounded drywall corners and texture, seamlessly integrating the two spaces.
