Individual success is a rare thing. Almost anything great in life is the result of cooperation. At Reddy Pros, our success starts in the “Foxes’ Den”. It’s the group of people who make us “Pros.”

Our approach is grounded in the belief that good teams are made up of good people, and good people do good work. These individuals bring more than just skill; they bring integrity – a commitment to excellence and a passion for positively impacting every person and project they encounter. They are people who embody and live out our company values in their personal lives as well as their professional career.

Good people generally care about their personal presentation and appearance; that translates to professionalism on the job. They also care about their reputation, so they work hard and pay attention to details. They want to build a life for themselves and their family, so when they find a company who cares about that as well, they treat it and their coworkers with respect. Good people are good employees for a good company.

To build a good company, we had to make sure our values aligned with those of our employees. Nobody works a 9-5 for fun. We’re all trying to build a life for ourselves and if a company cannot provide a good life for its people, it’s not a good company. At Reddy Pros we hire good people, and we understand that their goals are going to be primarily geared towards building a comfortable life for their family. So our company upholds and supports family values and strives to be the best place for our employees to accomplish their life goals. In doing so, we build loyalty, and a team spirit that helps the company accomplish its goals. It’s a win-win environment.

This type of environment fosters teamwork and collaboration. On the jobsite, this is invaluable and contributes greatly to the customer experience and end product of our work. We also incorporate training, strategy, and Standard Operating Procedures. We set parameters that create consistency in our projects and enable us to train our employees. However, we realize that every person has a unique talent and perspective they bring to the table that can improve the company. So we encourage our team members to express their thoughts and ideas, and we learn from them. We have weekly meetings where we review a training topic, and we open the conversation to everyone to provide their input, which are often adopted and become an improvement in our company.
