WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

At Reddy Pros, we take pride in delivering high-quality construction and remodeling services. We stand behind the craftsmanship
of our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. That’s why we offer the following workmanship warranty:

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We warrant that all labor provided by Reddy Pros will be free from defects in workmanship
for one year after the project’s completion date.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS:

  • Any defects in workmanship performed by Reddy Pros during the original construction or remodeling project.
  • Repairs or corrective measures necessary due to workmanship issues identified within the warranty period.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Materials and products supplied by third parties (such as tiles, appliances, or fixtures).
  • Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, or lack of maintenance by the homeowner.
  • Warping, twisting, cracking, or splitting of lumber. Wood is a natural product and can behave unpredictably after installation.
  • Cracks or chips in poured concrete.
  • Wear and tear from normal use, natural aging, or environmental factors (e.g., weather damage, fading).
  • Structural issues unrelated to the work performed by Reddy Pros.
  • Any damage or issues resulting from the actions of other contractors, suppliers, or faulty materials.
  • Failure to contact Reddy Pros when issues first appear that could worsen if left unaddressed.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Claims may be made year-round and will be addressed within 90 days, weather permitting.
To initiate a claim, the original contract holder must:

  • Provide a copy of the original signed contract.

  • Contact Reddy Pros at office@reddypros.com as soon as a defect is discovered.

  • Show proof that the contract was paid in full.
  • Make the property available to Reddy Pros for inspection and any necessary repair work.

WARRANTY WORK PERFORMED:

  • We will inspect the affected area and, if covered, will repair or correct the defect at no labor or materials cost to the customer.
  • Repairs will be limited to the area where the failure occurred.
  • We will strive to match materials as closely as possible, but due to variations in materials and environmental factors, exact matches for certain finishes (e.g., paint color or sheen) may not always be possible.

EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Work where the client supplies materials or labor, or requests the use of non-recommended products.
  • Issues arising from prior work not performed by Reddy Pros.
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, Acts of God, or accidents (e.g., storms, floods, fire, vandalism).
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, standing water, high moisture, or failure to maintain the property.
  • Repairs to aesthetic imperfections like cracks, nail pops, or minor imperfections in drywall or trim, unless directly related to our work.

This workmanship warranty is offered exclusively to the original customer and is not transferable.
